Report a bug
Hit something broken? Email hello@woords.io with the subject "Bug" and tell us:
- What you were doing when it happened.
- What you expected vs. what actually happened.
- Your iOS version and the w∞rds app version (from the App Store or TestFlight).
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
You can also use the in-app feedback option in Settings if it's available on your build.
Delete your account
The iOS app includes an in-app account-deletion flow (required by Apple). You can also email hello@woords.io with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll remove your account and associated data. See our Privacy notice for what we collect and how long we keep it.
Alpha & beta — expect rough edges
Woords is an early-access infinite crossword. Features are still landing, and you may occasionally see glitches or downtime. Thank you for playing while we build — your reports genuinely shape the game.
